About the Opportunity
BrandNet is seeking a customer-focused, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our Medals Department. Reporting to the Medal Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting medal mounting, restoration, and honours-related enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Medal Manager with day-to-day operations and workflow coordination
* Handle customer enquiries — especially by phone — with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
* Assist with medal mounting and restoration orders
* Coordinate with customer service, retail, distribution, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing
* Maintain accurate order and quote records using internal systems and Excel
* Develop knowledge of Australian Honours and Awards (training provided)
* Contribute positively to a detail-driven, collaborative team
What You'll Need
Experience
* 1–2+ years in customer service or administration (preferred)
* Experience handling inbound enquiries
* Interest in Defence, Emergency Services, or Police (advantageous)
* Familiarity with Australian Honours and Awards (beneficial but not required)
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Comfortable learning new systems
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to remain effective during peak periods (e.g., Anzac Day, Remembrance Day)
* Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Position Details
* Full-time, on-site position in Fyshwick, ACT
* Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
* Long-term position (not suitable for short-term applicants)
* Applicants must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
* Reports to the Medal Manager
