We are seeking a Training Coordinator to lead and oversee our Training Department on a mine site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in mining and training to join our team and contribute to the delivery of comprehensive training programs for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, schedule, coordinate and ensure delivery of training programs within agreed timeframes and budgets
* Implement training programs tailored to the needs of the mine site including safety, equipment operation and regulatory compliance
* Manage onsite trainers and assessors to ensure they facilitate on-site training sessions for new employees, refresher courses and skill development per the agreed weekly plan
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in Mining and Training
* Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Strong time management and attention to detail essential
* Demonstrated experience with training management, record keeping and reporting
* Demonstrated experience in prioritising and managing concurrent tasks
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as a minimum
* High standard of personal integrity, professionalism and ability to work autonomously
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to identify emerging issues, problem solve and elevate in a timely manner
* Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Candidate must hold Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
* Candidate must have a valid driver's license
