**The Position**
We are currently looking for an experienced and trade qualified Site Supervisor to join our Delta FM team across our remote villages in the Surat Basin. This is a FIFO position from Brisbane or Adelaide operating on a 2:1 roster working 12-hour days.
**Key duties**
- Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services including supervising of tradespersons
- Maintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local community
- Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture
**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you must have the following**:
- Minimum Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing or HVAC
- Previous experience in site management positions preferably within the resources, services, or facilities management sector
- Construction White card (essential)
- Manual Drivers licence (essential)
- National Police Clearance, dated within 12 months
- Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
