Key Account Manager
to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Karista, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NDIS & HCP providers. You'll drive growth, ensure service excellence, and build strong, lasting relationships. From onboarding new providers to renewing service agreements and identifying opportunities for expansion, you'll play a critical role in helping our partners deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key provider accounts, ensuring targets are exceeded
* Develop tailored account management plans and lead quarterly performance reviews
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote provider services and capacity
* Support and indirectly lead a team of Customer Service Specialists
* Use AI tools and Salesforce to track, report, and optimise service delivery
* Conduct business development activities and follow up on stakeholder engagements
* Contribute to strategic projects that expand Karista's national footprint
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Qualifications
in healthcare, NDIS or Aged Care (desirable)
* Experience in
account management, sales, or customer service
(NDIS, aged care or Health preferred)
* Proven track record of
Key Account Management,
sales conversion and sustainable growth
* Strong
written and verbal communication
skills
* Excellent
organisational and time management
abilities
* High proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* Ability to
analyse data
and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Comfortable with
AI tools
and digital platforms
* Strong
interpersonal skills

* Demonstrated ability to

* Valid
Police Check
