Based in their Australian HQ in Hamilton, you will be working with an incredibly dynamic National Business Consultant along with a highly engaged Brisbane team of 55 with a culture that underpinned by an inspiring leadership team, strong vision and success.

**About the Role**

Your role will be wide-scoped and varied as you work to develop and promote the tender and marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.

Your key duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Proofreading documents/structure/format to ensure they incorporate win themes aligned to the win strategy
- Actively collaborate with tender response teams to develop compelling, client-focused, easy-to-read responses
- Collate and write document content as well as produce marketing communications, document structures/contents and convert data and reports into meaningful information to produce persuasive proposals that win business
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
- Prepare social media strategic plan and plan, schedule and post social media content nationally
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends

**About You**

In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:

- Graduate level or 3 years' relevant experience in a relevant role
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- High level of communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in developing and writing content
- IT - Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to be empathetic when dealing with people issues; approachable, personable and build rapport easily with a diverse range of personalities.
