About your new role:
As the Product and Regulatory Communications Manager, you will sit in the Product team, responsible for how Brighter Super shows up to members, employers, advisers and research agencies. You will develop and manage product-related communications, disclosure materials and website content, ensuring everything is accurate, compliant and genuinely member-friendly.
You'll work with stakeholders across the business to bring complex product, investment and regulatory information to life in a clear and engaging way. You'll also play a key role in managing relationships with research and ratings agencies, supporting fund ratings and awards through high-quality submissions and data.
This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
In this role, you will:
Implement product and disclosure changes in a timely manner, meeting regulatory obligations while collaborating across the business to deliver high-quality, accurate and member-friendly documents (e.g. PDSs and Guides).
Deliver clear, well-structured mandatory communications to members (e.g. SENs) and other product communications that balance compliance requirements with strong member outcomes.
Prepare presentations, communications and submissions for research and ratings agencies to support fund ratings, awards and Brighter Super's market positioning.
Manage all research agency data requests and submissions, sourcing, collating and validating data from stakeholders across the business.
Develop and manage product-related materials that support IFAs' understanding of our products and investments.
Ensure product webpage content is accurate, up to date, engaging and optimised to drive member retention and growth.
Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of ad hoc strategic projects within the Product team and broader Commercial division.
About you:
You are an experienced product communications specialist who enjoys turning complex superannuation concepts into clear, engaging and compliant content. You thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment and are comfortable working to hard deadlines.
You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are confident working autonomously. You are highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about doing what's in the best interests of members.
You bring:
Experience in superannuation or financial services, with a sound understanding of the financial, legal and regulatory framework in which Brighter Super operates.
Advanced written communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely and in a member-friendly way across web, disclosure and member communications.
Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to source, collate and interpret data from multiple stakeholders and systems.
High attention to detail and strong commercial and financial acumen.
Proven ability to positively influence and partner with a diverse range of stakeholders (including senior leaders, internal advice, marketing, investments and compliance) and work cross-functionally to deliver outcomes.
Comfort and resilience in an adaptive working environment with competing priorities and firm deadlines.
A collaborative, confident and proactive style – you welcome constructive feedback, work well as part of a close-knit team, and can be trusted to deliver outcomes independently.
