Financial Controller role within a growing financial services group.
Lead reporting, strengthen controls, and drive improvement alongside a strong FD.
Base pay range:A$150,******/yr - A$200,******/yr
The Opportunity
End-to-end financial control, month-end close, and management reporting
Preparation of board-pack insights, analysis and executive-level commentary
Balance sheet integrity, statutory compliance, audit readiness and policy frameworks
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in partnership with senior leaders
Cashflow oversight, funding support and reconciled financial data for investor/stakeholder reporting
Finance systems enhancements, automation, and process improvements
Coaching and developing a small team, building a high-performance finance capability
About You
8+ years' experience across financial reporting, controllership and leadership
Strong technical grounding in IFRS/AASB, financial statements and audit
A track record of improving processes, controls, systems and reporting environments
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, including Boards and investors
The energy and adaptability suited to a fast-paced financial services
