Sales Support & E-commerce Manager

Marketplaces & Shopify | Full-time | On-site

We are a key industry player in the refurbished technology sector, specialising in phones and laptops, with a strong B2B foundation and a rapidly expanding B2C e-commerce operation.

We're seeking a hands-on, commercially minded E-commerce Manager to support and develop our marketplace and Shopify operations. This role sits at the intersection of sales, systems, and operations, and suits someone who enjoys execution while also helping improve and scale how things work.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll support the performance and ongoing development of our e-commerce channels. While the role has clear day-to-day responsibilities, the e-commerce channel is in a strong growth phase, so you'll also help identify opportunities for improvement, growth, and technical optimisation as new initiatives and systems are introduced.

You'll work closely with sales leadership, warehouse, inventory, and processing teams, and provide guidance to a small fulfilment and listings team to ensure accurate execution in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution across Amazon, eBay, Kogan, Reebelo, Back Market, Temu, and Shopify

Create, maintain, and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy, correct categorisation, and strong presentation

Support pricing strategy through analysis and implementation, working closely with sales leadership and management

Assist with planning and executing marketplace promotions, sales events, and clearance strategies

Monitor rate of sale and channel performance to support inventory allocation and sales decisions

Ensure inventory accuracy across all sales channels, including reconciliation between systems

Support and coordinate stocktakes, and assist in investigating and resolving variances

Prepare and improve marketplace, sales, and inventory reporting to support commercial decision-making

Support B2B sales operations through Excel-based auction list preparation and outcome reporting

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve inventory systems, marketplace integrations, and workflows

Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and processing teams to ensure accurate data capture and alignment between physical stock and sales systems

Contribute to identifying and implementing system, process, and technical improvements as the business scales

About You

Experience in marketplace-driven e-commerce environments

Advanced Excel capability and comfort working with complex, data-heavy workflows

Highly detail-oriented with a strong systems mindset

Proactive and forward-thinking, comfortable contributing ideas alongside execution

Commercially minded, with an understanding of pricing, sales psychology, and marketplace dynamics

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving operational environment

Why Join Us

A hands-on, influential role within a fast-growing, multi-channel e-commerce business

Exposure to complex, high-volume marketplace and inventory operations

Close collaboration with sales leadership and operational teams

The opportunity to build, improve, and scale systems and processes that directly impact performance, margins, and growth
