Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst - Change & Adoption Specialist to lead adoption, change, and stakeholder engagement activities for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform initiatives. The role involves analysing business impacts, developing adoption strategies, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring sustained use of CRM and Power Platform solutions across the organisation. This role requires collaboration with product owners, delivery teams, change managers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into adoption outcomes that deliver measurable value. Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence user behaviour in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder impacts, process changes, and adoption challenges
- Develop and deliver adoption and communication plans tailored to different user groups
- Coordinate training needs analysis and support the development of training sessions/materials (with Learning & Development)
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and user forums to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
- Track and report adoption metrics, adjusting strategies to improve uptake
- Liaise with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and change management functions to embed adoption throughout the project lifecycle
- Gather/document business requirements and translate them into functional/non-functional needs
- Assist in defining KPIs and success criteria for adoption success
- Analyse post-deployment feedback to recommend usability enhancements and adoption enablers
- Monitor best practices and tools to enhance adoption/change management approaches
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Change Management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis and Change/Adoption initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) adoption scenarios
- Proficiency in business process modelling, change impact analysis, and adoption measurement tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence user behaviour and drive adoption in Agile delivery environments
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
- Experience in adoption metrics, usability improvements, and post-implementation continuous improvement activities
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering user-centric outcomes
