The opportunity to join our team

We're looking for a Delivery Enablement Coach to support Master Trust delivery streams in uplifting delivery discipline, adaptive ways of working, and people‑centred change practices.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of delivery, change and leadership, working across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments to improve flow, alignment and adoption of new practices.

You'll enable teams and leaders to work at their best, navigate complexity, improve predictability and embed sustainable ways of working across business and technology groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching, collaboration, and driving meaningful, lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enable delivery teams to adopt and continuously improve effective delivery practices aligned to organisational goals
* Embed Agile and adaptive ways of working tailored to business and technology contexts
* Support delivery cadence, planning rhythms and prioritisation practices to improve the flow of value and predictability
* Partner with delivery and product leaders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and desired outcomes
* Coach teams, delivery leads and leaders on Agile values, principles and behaviours
* Build leadership capability across decision-making, collaboration, adaptive delivery and managing complexity
* Facilitate delivery ceremonies, planning forums, retros, workshops and alignment sessions
* Support cross-team dependency management to enhance collaboration across delivery streams
* Enable the successful adoption of new ways of working, change initiatives and delivery models
* Identify and support the management of delivery, behavioural and operational impacts associated with change
* Help teams transition changes into BAU in a practical, well-understood and sustainable way

What you will bring:

* Extensive experience enabling delivery or change within large-scale, complex environments
* Strong background in Agile delivery, change management, delivery enablement or ways‑of‑working uplift
* Proven experience coaching leaders and teams through ambiguity, transformation and competing priorities
* Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across complex business models
* Experience developing meaningful business reporting that supports decision‑making
* Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working within regulatory or enterprise environments (highly regarded)
* Ability to influence without authority, constructively challenge and foster continuous improvement
