About the Position
Due to growth, an opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join the team. Responsibilities in this position include:
* Managing contracts from sales accept to unconditional
* Chasing finance and solicitors
* Monitoring contract file progress
* Liaising with clients and agents
Skills and Experience
Suitable applicants must be able to display the following
* Minimum 2 years administration experience
* Experience in an administration position within the property or construction industry
* Strong administration skills and able to multitask
* Excellent communication
* Highly adaptable and able to work with volume
* Team player with a great attitude
