About the Position
Due to growth, an opportunity exists for a Contracts Administrator to join the team. Responsibilities in this position include:
* Managing contracts from sales accept to unconditional
* Chasing finance and solicitors
* Liaising with clients and agents
Skills and Experience
Suitable applicants must be able to display the following:
* Contracts administration experience in residential building industry preferred
* Real estate contracts administration experience considered
* Strong administration skills and able to multitask
* Highly adaptable and able to work with volume
* Team player with a great attitude
