Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Role

About the Job:
We are looking for an entry-level professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and be able to think critically.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate database records, preparing source data for computer entry, and processing customer and account source documents. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information.
2. Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
3. Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.

Requirements:
1. Strong Excel skills.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. A consistent history of attendance and punctuality for continuity of coverage.
