We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading front office operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily front office operations
* Lead by example and coach staff
* Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures
* Train and motivate front office staff
* Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
* Uphold guest satisfaction and property standards
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of front office/hotel reception experience
* Proven ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for guest service
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., RMS, Opera, or similar systems)
