You will provide efficient administrative support to clinical staff, contribute to effective service delivery, and uphold the values and goals of our organisation.
The Position
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
* Maintain an open communication with all members of the multi-disciplinary team
* Computer skills in office packages
* Attend and participate in departmental meetings as directed by the Coordinator or Service Manager of the department.
* Abides by the SJGHC National policies for use of email and internet access.
* Enters patient movements onto Patient Administration System - IBA.
* Compiles admission packs and manages documents to be included in the patient medical record whilst file is on the unit.
* Arranges patient appointments for external providers and services ie pathology,Co-ordinates the GP list
You will have previous clerical / reception experience in the hospital / health care environment and ability to work in an interactive environment as well as work with minimal supervision.
To succeed you will have demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office and relevant databases.

We will offer you
1. Salary: $60,173 to $61,903 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation
2. Permanent Part time Role, working up to 30 hours a fortnight
