We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Part Time HR Coordinator for our client based here in Geelong. They are an international manufacturer that supplies local and overseas markets with their unique and high quality product.
To be successful for this opportunity you will need the following
HR qualification/relevant experience
Understanding of Awards/EBA's
Talent sourcing and Onboarding
Payroll
You will be a key member of the admin team with responsibility for the day to day Human Resources for the Geelong site. This is a permanent part time role (3 days per week), with Payroll needing to be processed on Monday's and the other days are flexible (all days are working within the office).
Other duties will include - drafting and creating employee documents across the employee life-cycle, assist with the delivery of WHS and Well-being needs, supporting the RTWC, effectively communicating with company employees, agents and external parties and other relative duties as required.
