Brown and Caldwell is seeking a full-time Marketing/Proposal Specialist to support sales, marketing, and business development efforts. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to create persuasive content and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop proposals and presentations that advance our positioning and resonate with clients
* Support client development by assembling information packages and connecting clients with experts and opportunities within the organization
* Contribute to company marketing process improvements to support efficiency and overall sales program effectiveness
* Manage qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes to reflect firm strengths and client benefits
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing
* 5+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in engineering, environmental, architectural, and/or construction field
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with emphasis on superior persuasive writing and presentation ability
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments
