Commercial Brand & Marketing Specialist (B2B) Location: Knoxfield, VIC (Hybrid) Salary: $110,000–$130,000 super We’re partnering with a well-established Australian business that manufactures and distributes high-quality products across trade, industrial and commercial markets. With decades of experience behind them and a strong foothold in their category, the business is investing in brand, marketing and customer engagement as a key driver of growth over the next few years. They’re now looking for a Commercial Brand & Marketing Specialist — someone who can sit between marketing and sales, and lead the rollout of integrated campaigns, go-to-market initiatives, and enablement tools that support both brand awareness and revenue outcomes. This is a newly created role, reporting into a highly experienced and supportive Head of Marketing, and working closely with product, sales and external creative partners. It’s ideal for a marketing all-rounder who enjoys getting stuck into campaign delivery, writing great content, and being connected to commercial outcomes — not just awareness metrics. What you'll be doing - - Leading marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels from concept and copywriting through to production and delivery. - Driving go-to-market activity for new product launches, category promotions and key sales initiatives. - Creating marketing and sales enablement materials — everything from brochures and presentations to digital assets, case studies and CPD/ESG-related content. - Partnering with the sales team to understand market needs, develop tools that support engagement, and help them close. - Managing agency and freelancer relationships — including briefing, feedback, and ensuring all work aligns with brand standards and messaging. - Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day content planning, asset management, and reporting. - Bringing a proactive, commercial lens to everything you do — and always looking for ways to improve performance and execution. What we're looking for - 4 years’ experience in a B2B or trade marketing role — ideally with exposure to manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors. - Strong campaign and project management skills — comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and coordinating multiple stakeholders. - A confident communicator and writer — you don’t need to be a copywriter, but you can draft a great email, write a clear product blurb, and brief designers well. - Experience working with or supporting sales teams, and a genuine interest in building tools and content that support their conversations. - An understanding of brand consistency, campaign planning, product positioning, and how all of those translate into strong customer engagement. - Ideally, some exposure to POS, print production, or working on CPD, ESG, or industry compliance-focused campaigns — but not essential. - Someone who takes initiative, enjoys variety, and wants to make a role their own. Why this role - It’s a business with strong foundations, a loyal customer base, and plenty of room to evolve the way they go to market. - You’ll get true ownership over campaign delivery and content development no red tape, lots of autonomy. - Work closely with smart, commercial colleagues who value marketing and brand. - Hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite in Knoxfield), down-to-earth culture, and strong leadership. - Salary is $110,000–$130,000 super, with clear potential to grow the role further as the team scales.
