About the Role
Working within our Mental Health team in Toowoomba, you will promote and provide guidance to the development and ongoing management of carer participation and provide systems advocacy in relation to consumer, carer and family related issues. As a confident and adaptable communicator, you will engage respectfully and effectively with clients and other key stakeholders. You will draw on knowledge and expertise gained through reflection on your own lived experience to drive high quality care and customer service throughout the health service.
