**Operational**:
- Work closely with the Learning &OD; Team and key stakeholders to lead the identification of future strategic and operational workforce requirements, and ensure these are integrated into existing OD and Learning frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with benefits partners.
- Coach and support 'front line' managers to improve the engagement and retention of their teams.
**System Support**:
- Drive efforts to ensure SCC's workforce capability plans continue to meet organisational needs.
- Guide cross functional teams in the use of SCC's tools and systems.
- Facilitate a positive employee experience for all OD related initiatives.
**Teamwork and Culture**:
- Embed the organisations values and capabilities across the employee life cycle by working across the business with key process stakeholders.
- Maintain professional behaviour that aligns with SCC values, mission, vision, and Code of Conduct.
- Contribute respectfully to team meetings and team planning days.
- Work cohesively as part of the team to reach the team's key outcomes and objectives.
**Stakeholder Relationships**:
- Build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, including the wider People and Culture team.
- Attend meetings and forums as requested.
**Work Health & Safety**:
- Undertake all mandatory training in all areas of WHS as requested by SCC.
- Report any incident, accident or near mishap within 24 hours as per SCC policies and procedures.
- Comply with all SCC policies and procedures in WHS, Workers Compensation and Return to Work.
- Contribute and comply with Return-to-Work programs as appropriate.
- Report any potential workplace hazards.
- Take preventative actions as appropriate as per SCC policies and procedures.
- Consider all WHS aspects when travelling in accordance with SCC WHS policies and procedures.
**Capabilities**:
- ** Relationship Management**: An ability to build and nurture relationships, coupled with effective communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- ** Leadership and Talent Development**: Confident facilitation of learning programs, leveraging existing coaching skills.
- ** Coordination**: Proficient in the review, editing and formatting of communications and other materials to ensure a high standard, culture and brand appropriateness.
- ** System Support**: Skilled in leveraging technology to collate and summarise employee experience feedback and build a case for change.
- ** Innovative**: Demonstrated creative thinking with evidence of identifying talent initiatives fostering a culture of performance and respect.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology/ Coaching, Education or a related field.
**Previous Experience**
- Proven experience in an HR or related learning and/or organisational development role within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with deliverables appropriately scoped and delivered on time.
