The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, communication and administration. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing their queries through phone, email or walk-ins.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client communication to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Coordinating with the estates team to facilitate pre-settlement and post-settlement activities
* Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
You will also be responsible for:
* Participating in builder meetings, note-taking and follow-up tasks
* Liaising with tradespeople and on-site teams to ensure high-quality settlements
* Guiding clients through properties under construction, coordinating pre-settlement inspections
* Preparing welcome packs and settlement documents
* Managing defect recording and reporting after settlement
