Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.
The company markets products under several different brands, with its vehicles found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities.
We are seeking two dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Specialists to join our ELiTE sales team. These positions are pivotal in promoting and selling our electrified turf care equipment to golf courses in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executing and defining sales strategies to promote the electrification of golf course turf management;
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with golf course General Managers, Greenskeepers, and Mechanics;
* Understanding and articulating the commercial benefits of our products, including cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability;
* Conducting tailored product demonstrations of electrified turf care equipment, as required;
* Collaborating with our dealer network to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction;
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the Company;
* Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in turf care and electrification;
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns;
* Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands;
* Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the turf care, golf, or capital equipment industries;
* Willingness to acquire a strong understanding of turf care equipment and electrified products via training;
* Excellent commercial skills, including deal structuring and margin analysis;
* Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a passion for sales;
* Technical aptitude and the capability to acquire product knowledge;
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently;
* Valid UK drivers license and a willingness to travel as required.
