About the Role

Sitting in a newly created team, the Sales Systems & Process Manager will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of our systems, such as Salesforce, to create a more seamless experience for our sales teams.

  • This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of process innovation and spearhead a great deal of change – asking the questions that nobody is asking and bridging the gap between current processes versus best processes. In a typical day you can expect to

  • Lead the optimisation plan of Sales Systems including Salesforce and sales processes
  • Manage a small team of Sales Systems and Process Analysts towards the collective goal of continuous improvement of sales processes and system usage that place the salesperson at the centre, including process automation and simplification
  • Oversee the assessment, design, implementation and embedding of these improvements, ensuring that Salesforce is leveraged to its full potential
  • Drive visibility and data quality of sales metrics – plan for what data is needed and make it available in a way that makes the day‐to‐day of a salesperson seamless
  • Help the teams leverage Salesforce as a communication tool and improve the ability to capture information that is critical to the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure Salesforce is used as a central hub for all sales activities
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and innovations as well as innovative sales processes
  • Report to senior leadership on Salesforce effectiveness and impact on sales
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness
  • Support the creation of training materials and resources to enhance Salesforce proficiency across teams

Our Ideal Person

ESSENTIAL

  • Demonstrated extensive experience and high proficiency in Salesforce functionality and best practices – knows what great looks like when it comes to Salesforce and related sales processes
  • Proven experience in researching, developing and implementing sales system process improvements
  • Strong capability with data analysis and reporting tools
  • A mindset of curiosity and a desire to innovate
  • People management experience
  • Full working rights for a full‐time permanent position

BONUS POINTS

  • Industry experience in SaaS, print/digital media or real estate
  • Previous background in consulting would be beneficial
