Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks.
* Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize resource allocation and achieve departmental goals.
* Utilize technical expertise to assist technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
* Strong Technical background with a thorough understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
