Working in an amazing but very busy office setting, our client requires the services of a senior operations analyst with experience across Operational Reporting, Risk, Investigations and compliance to assist with the growing demands of the business.The successful candidate will bring their 4 to 7 years' experience to a very dedicated and focused team.
Our client is looking for an individual with a strong technical mindset and the professional and clear communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Having extensive back / middle office experience in either funds management, wealth or custody will be an added advantage.Role requirementsDaily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completionCreating and producing client reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual tax statements)Professionally communicate with internal stakeholders for all reporting needs and queriesCoordinating with third party print specialists to ensure timely delivery of reports and client communicationsManaging all queriesDrive & support operational process improvement opportunities to create scale & project deliveryActively manage team risk profile by reviewing and enhancing controls, coaching team members on their understanding and purpose of controls and incident reductionManage and coordinate all operational auditsEnsure the team complies with IDPS and GS007 audit control standardsDrive procedure updates and reviewLiaison with custodians and business partnersEnsure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirementsOur client is keen to meet candidates who have a highly investigative personality, have a passion for the markets, have experience across reconciliations, reporting, investigations / compliance and have strong operational product knowledge.This is a very rare and exciting opportunity.
