San Foundation Administration Officer Role Summary
Flexible 3-4 days (approx. 24 hours) per week to suit your schedule.
This role supports the smooth running of daily operations and organises impactful events that foster connection and engagement within our donor community. This role will be pivotal in advancing fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and stewardship efforts through meticulous event planning, coordination, and effective communication with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a not-for-profit or fundraising setting and understand donor engagement principles. Previous experience in event planning and delivery is also essential. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills both face to face and in person and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy in written documents. Additionally, they will be comfortable learning new technology and processes and have strong computer skills. They will be a quick learner, able to work autonomously and be self-motivated in their work.
This part-time role offers flexibility for the successful candidate on when the hours will be. As a guide, we are needing about 24 hours per week. Please note that certain events may occur during evenings and outside regular working days, so some adaptability in your schedule will be required to accommodate these occasions. You'll utilise our CRM system to manage and update client information, track interactions, and support customer relationship management efforts. You'll interact with donors and internal teams, building great relationships and providing timely and accurate information.
