Overview of the Role
As Group Finance Manager, you will lead the finance function across multiple entities, taking ownership of everything from compliance and reporting to payroll, HR, and strategic financial planning. This is a hands-on, senior role where you'll work closely with the leadership team to guide business growth and ensure compliance. With a collaborative culture, you'll enjoy the support of a small, tight-knit team and offshore accounting resources. About the Role
- Manage AP/AR/GL functions, including bank reconciliations and inventory oversight.
- Oversee fortnightly payroll and HR functions across local and international staff.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports including management accounts and sales analysis.
- Develop budgets and maintain accurate 12-month rolling cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure timely BAS, PAYG, GST, ATO & ASIC compliance.

About the Ideal Candidate
Essentials:
- CA/CPA qualified with demonstrated leadership in finance.
- Strong understanding of compliance, ATO, ASIC, BAS & GST.
- Skilled in budgeting, reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Desirables:
- Experience in ERP system improvements and process automation.
- Exposure to international operations and foreign exchange management.
- Hands-on HR/payroll experience within SMEs.
