About the role
We have a new full-time role available at our Mid North Motor Company Immediate start available. Apply to be our next Workshop Supervisor with scope to support and mentor with your years of industry experience our growing team of technicians and apprentices, while being well rewarded for your efforts and expertise.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their career within our friendly Team environment. Our role is an ideal position for someone who has strong and long-term experience in the automotive industry.

What are we looking for
We are looking for a self-starter who can apply their high-level of technical ability in conducting vehicle services and repairs, overseeing apprentices, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure smooth operation.
You will be an experienced technician who has a sense of urgency, who has completed a full four-year apprenticeship and is ready to take that next step into a leadership position.
