About the Role
As a
Claims Consultant
, you will:
* Proactively manage claims end-to-end, analysing policy terms and applying sound judgement.
* Communicate confidently and empathetically with assessors, builders, brokers, and strata managers.
* Navigate escalations and high-value decisions with care.
* Select and coordinate service providers - working with assessors, builders, legal experts, and more.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to improve claims outcomes.
About You
You're a motivated insurance professional with a strong foundation in claims management. You enjoy solving problems, working with people, and making a real difference in moments that matter.
You bring:
* Prior experience managing property claims or loss adjusting.
* Strata experience would be highly valued but not essential.
* Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills.
* A curious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
