About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide effective delivery of HR Services in the South West region. In conjunction with the Regional Manager Human Resources, this position will play a key role in providing consultancy and advisory services to management and staff on human resources management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to shaping a more equitable future. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources management to management and staff
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective delivery of HR services
* Identify and address HR-related issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

Selection Criteria:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

a) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;

b) Proven experience in human resources management;

c) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

d) Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels;

e) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

f) Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

g) Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
