People and Culture Manager Role
Saltbush Social Enterprises is seeking a strategic and hands-on People and Culture Manager to lead the organisation's people function.
The successful candidate will shape workforce strategies, deliver best practice across the employee lifecycle and provide expert advice to managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development and delivery of people and culture strategies
* Provide expert advice on employment law and industrial relations
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance and offboarding
* Manage policy and procedure development for compliance and best practice
* Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
* Develop and deliver learning and development programs
* Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
* Five or more years in a senior HR or people and culture management role
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace relations
* Experience in not-for-profit, community services or smaller non-corporate settings
* Skilled in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
What We Offer:
* $130,000 base salary plus 12% superannuation
* Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year
