Role Overview
Start your career as a Pharmacist with CWH Armadale Forrest Road GP Clinic. This fast‐paced, growing business needs a Pharmacist to provide high‐quality pharmacy services, dispense prescriptions, manage the dispensary and support the pharmacy team.
In Australia, pharmacists at our network dispense more than 550,000 prescriptions and serve over 1.5 million customers per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts.
* Day‐to‐day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
* Manage dispensary inventory and order processing.
* Provide professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
* Supervise interns, student pharmacists and dispensary assistants.
* Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best‐practice.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
* Experience working as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy environment.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Commercially astute with business acumen and attention‐to‐detail skills.
* Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
