Summary
Demonstrates expertise in clinical social work within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include planning educational offerings, ensuring continuing education, applying knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community, conducting diagnostic assessments, gender affirming surgery evaluations, psychotherapy, and psychosocial interventions.
Minimum Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
* Current Ohio LISW License
Preferred Experience & Skills
* One year of clinical social work experience
* Experience with LGBTQ+ population preferred
* EMR experience
Other Skills & Competencies
* Ability to complete Gender ASSET within 1 month of employment
* Knowledge of community resources for LGBTQ+ population
* Teamwork, initiative, communication skills, cultural competence, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Physical Demands
Sedentary work: exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally.
Additional Details
