Job Description
About the Role
We're seeking a veterinarian with at least four years of post-graduate experience, proven clinical leadership, and a passion for mentoring junior vets and nurses. You'll enjoy autonomy in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals, while being supported by an experienced Area Manager, Regional Clinical Director, and State General Manager. As part of the Greencross network, you'll never be alone—our collaborative culture ensures you have the guidance and resources you need to succeed.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
A veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or equivalent (NAVLE, AVE, or similar).
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and empathetic team environment.
Dedication to delivering compassionate, fear-free, and industry-leading care to patients and their families.
