Leader in Sales and Customer Experience
This is a leadership role within our organization, focused on driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Position
This is a Parental Leave cover for up to 5-months.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment. You will lead a team and work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the overall performance of your store by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating wins and identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
