We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mooroopna, Victoria. This is a hands-on operational role that will work closely with site leadership to drive workforce engagement, compliance, and productivity.
This dynamic and experienced professional will partner with leaders to deliver proactive HR solutions, lead senior recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives, manage employee relations, performance, and conduct matters, ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and the Laundry Awards, drive leadership training and development programs across sites, and monitor HR metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field
* 5-7+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
