About The Role
Combine a smile with a giggle and you've got Smiggle We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager with a love for all things colourful, fun and exciting. You'll be supporting the Store Manager at our Robina store to lead your team and create a store experience that's bursting with energy and imagination. It's all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small
This 30+ Hour Part Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life
* Assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Create an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages.
* Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
* Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
* Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
* Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
* Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
* Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential
