Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and orders in an order entry system
* Provide basic advice and product recommendations as required
* Assist in resolving customer inquiries by coordinating with sales, production, and internal teams
* Help maintain accurate customer account information in system
* Support outbound customer communications to further the sales process
* Take on additional tasks to support the customer service team as needed
Your Profile:
* Native Japanese speaker with fluent English (spoken and written)
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude, eager to learn
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Service-minded and proactive, willing to take initiative
