* A fully qualified mechanic with 5+ years hands‑on experience
* Up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technology and industry updates

* Organised, efficient and confident managing your own workload
* Can spot extra repair needs and communicate them clearly
* Holding a current full driver's licence
* Reliable, independent and happy to take the lead
* Available Monday‑Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings
What You'll Be Doing
* Servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles
* Diagnosing mechanical issues and resolving them efficiently
* Stepping into front‑of‑house duties when needed
* Maintaining top‑tier workmanship with strong attention to detail
* Looking after tools, equipment and keeping the workspace safe and tidy
* Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development
* Staying informed on dealership services, products and processes
* Completing warranty and service documentation accurately
