We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Melbourne team.This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive financial service for Movember leaders and their respective teams. This includes comprehensive reporting, analysis of results, measurement of performance indicators and accountability for all aspects of the P&Ls within these areas.This role will work primarily with the senior management teams and the P&L owners. The role will also however, be central to building the knowledge and financial literacy of all members of the business teams that they support.It is anticipated that the Finance Business Partner would spend 80-85% of their time in business as usual tasks, with the remaining 15-20% dedicated to ad hoc projects as determined during the finance projects planning cycle.The role requires an individual with a very strong ability to manage work requirements for multiple stakeholders with competing requirements, and the flexibility to quickly understand and work on a broad variety of accounting requirements.The position also requires working across global boundaries with a working knowledge of international accounting standards.For this role, you'll need:CA/CPA/CIMA designation with at least 5 years' relevant experience in similar roles.Proven successful experience in a business partnering roleAbility to communicate complex financial information in a simple way to a broad audienceStrong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and summarise high volumes of dataMust have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skillsFlexibility to work with a global team across multiple time zonesFlexibility to handle last minute issues and projects that are not always within official scope of workExtremely proficient using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesMust know and live by Movember's Core Values as well as possess a strong work ethic, collaborative and team spiritHave a positive, can-do approach to finding and implementing innovative solutions.Experience performing critical analysis of factual data and drawing conclusions.Desirable:Experience in NetSuite, Concur and/or BoardGOOD CAUSE:Working for Movember, you'll help raise millions for men's health (not for a CEO's bonus).
