We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional care to clients through conducting assessments, providing tailored therapy sessions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional and activities of daily living assessments for adult and paediatric clients.
* Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to promote client independence and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, families and carers to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with relevant governing body.
* Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
* Current driver's license and own vehicle.
* Current citizenship or permanent residency in the country of employment.
