The Opportunity

You will take control from pre‐construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations are managed at the highest standard.
This role sits at the centre of the project, coordinating consultants, contractors, trades, and internal stakeholders to deliver a development that defines the skyline.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* End‐to‐end project delivery of a luxury high‐rise residential development
* Managing head contractor and trade performance on site
* Coordinating architects, engineers, and specialist consultants
* Budget oversight, forecasting, and cost control
* Risk mitigation and compliance management
* Ensuring quality assurance across all build stages
* Maintaining strong client relationships and managing expectations
* Stakeholder reporting and executive communication
* Driving project milestones through to successful completion
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5+ years' experience delivering residential construction projects (high‐rise experience highly regarded)
* Proven ability to confidently manage trades and challenge workmanship or sequencing where required
* Strong knowledge of WA construction regulations and compliance
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly manage client expectations
* Experience managing complex programmes and substantial budgets
* A sharp eye for quality and design detail
* Confidence leading consultants and contractors
* Commercial acumen and risk management expertise
* A calm, decisive leadership style under pressure
