About the role
We're on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations. We're looking for someone with a passion for GREEK FOOD who works well under pressure. You will support the head chef to oversee the day to day running of the kitchen, ensuring we are serving both quality and consistent food. The ideal candidate would already have experience in a similar role and be ready to take the next step as operations within the P&O hotel develop.
Responsibilities
* Support head chef with day to day operations.
* Train and develop new staff.
* Maintain stock and prep levels.
* Oversee food safety standards.
* Manage invoices and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
* 2 years experience in a similar role.
* 6 Years experience in a kitchen.
