Your new role: As a Senior Occupational Therapist (HP4), you will deliver advanced, evidence-based occupational therapy services to older adults presenting to the Emergency Department. You will provide clinical leadership, support patient flow and safety, and contribute to service development within a high-performing interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will: * Deliver complex geriatric OT assessment, intervention and discharge planning * Act as a senior clinical reference within Emergency and Allied Health teams * Supervise and support HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants * Lead and contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives About you: You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who thrives in complex, fast-paced clinical environments and brings strong clinical judgement and leadership capability.
