**The Opportunity**
Davidson has paired with one of Queensland's leading energy companies to source a Travel Coordinator to start as soon as possible on an initial 6 month contract, supporting one other travel coordinator under a job share arrangement. This will be up to 25 hours a week, with a preference of 5 hours per day over 5 days.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Travel Manager, the purpose of the role is to ensure that all business required travel is undertaken in accordance with the company's Business-required Travel Policy and Procedure. You will be required to directly liaise with
- Confirm the accuracy of travel itineraries and distribute in a timely manner
- Monitoring, reconciling and auditing travel expenditure
- Responding promptly to emergencies involving the company's travellers.
- Monthly reconciliation of the American Express Travel account and CabCharge account.
- Maintain and keep up to date the cost code hierarchy to allow for efficient and accurate processing of the BTA statement and cost allocation
**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in account reconciliations.
- Travel coordination experience and a strong customer focus
- Highly developed computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
