About the Role
Working across Joondalup Health Campus' Non-Admitted Service Clinics, you will be responsible for supporting clinical staff by performing all administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service.
Your role will also involve, but is not limited to:
* Ensuring all patient activity is captured accurately within the Patient Administration systems
* Receiving and receipting cash and payments as required
* Performing Medicare Online billing, private billing, receipting and report processing as required
* Supporting clinical staff in relation to clerical functions
* Attending to telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Other duties as required by the Non-Admitted Services Coordinator or delegate.
