About the Role
Doma Hotels has a strong focus on making a big impact on our guest experience. Our latest Restaurant will showcase local quality produce and 5-star customer service.
Working in a fun and lively environment, the Food and Beverage Attendants will be responsible for creating little moments for guests that will keep them coming back for more. We are seeking a warm and welcoming personality, a passion and the ability to create surprising and memorable experiences and share great local knowledge. This role will include taking orders, serving guests, making a range of beverages, taking payment and register operation.
To be successful you must possess the following:
* A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (must be over the age of 18)
* Experience is preferred but not essential
* A sound 'all-round' beverage and cocktail knowledge
* Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge
* Must be experienced working in a fast-paced service environment
* Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary
* Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
* Excellent personal presentation and presence
* Availability for to work varying shifts including evenings/nights and weekends
* Providing exceptional customer service experience to customers
* Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
* Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
* Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team
