Robert Half has exclusively partnered with a nationally recognized organization who are looking to add a BI / Data Manager to their Technology Team on a full-time permanent basis.

This will be a hands-on role, so we need a leader who still likes to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the data themselves.
Skill set / Experience required:
Proven experience leading a small, high performing BI team
Experienced working with the MS BI stack – SQL, Azure, Power BI
The ability to develop advanced Power BI models and dashboards for operational, financial, sustainability, and commercial reporting
Experience of automation of data models and reporting
A thought leader when it comes to Data Quality & Governance
The experience to implement and maintain a Data Strategy / Data Roadmap
Experienced managing budgets
Vendor & Stakeholder management expertise
Demonstrable experience of identifying areas of improvement when it comes to reporting efficiencies
The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions via data
Excellent communication skills – the ability to manage expectations & influence senior leaders
The company offers a flexible workplace, with a 3 day in office / 2-day WFH policy.
Note – it is a requirement you can drive and have your own vehicle.
