As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in delivering warm welcomes and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
* Provide personalized service and attention to detail to ensure every guest has an exceptional stay
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and cohesive collaboration
* Conquer challenges and turn dilemmas into success stories by thinking creatively and offering solutions
* Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings
* Be a local expert, sharing knowledge on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems
* Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
* Innovative approach to exceeding customer service expectations
* Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
