Overview
You will be part of a small team based in Puckapunyal, VIC. As the face of Rheinmetall you will be working alongside the Australian customer, specifically for the Land 400 Phase 2 Boxer CRV Simulation and Training solution. There will be a requirement to travel to Bandiana when needed.
Responsibilities
* Test, troubleshoot, install and remove simulator equipment, and perform IT-centric tasks.
* Maintain simulator network infrastructure, perform software refreshes, and administer user accounts and access in accordance with customer operating requirements.
* Provide support to networks, servers and associated equipment to enable simulators to function and interconnect to a wider network.
Qualifications
* Minimum Cert III or IV qualifications in Information Technology, Mechatronics, Network Administration or related field.
* Extensive experience with Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory and Linux system administration.
* Extensive experience in maintaining and configuring complex IT systems and networks.
* Extensive experience with configuration management of hardware, software and documentation.
* Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
