**About the role**
As a Trade Territory Manager, based in Hilton, this role will be reporting to the Trade State Sales Manager and work across the Adelaide metro area. This key role will suit a proactive and driven sales professional looking to take their career forward with our iconic Dulux Trade business.
Focused on creating new business opportunities and actively growing market share, you will build strong relationships within the commercial sector, provide excellent customer service and not be afraid to hunt out opportunities near and far.
**Responsibilities**
- New business development, tailoring Dulux's value propositions to secure and maximise profitable growth;
- Implementation of sales force customer contact strategies;
- Leveraging relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements;
- Growth of key accounts with existing and targeted customers.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this is critical role you'll be known for your natural ability to influence stakeholders to drive outcomes, and your initiative to identify growth opportunities. As a Hunter, you will have a passion for exceeding targets and be motivated by chasing and closing a sale. Ideally you can demonstrate:
- Proven new business development and account management skills;
- Achievements in building sustained sales growth and financial returns;
- An ability to engage and create professional relationships at various levels;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of the coatings, building or property market will be highly regarded;
- High levels of motivation, with a strong focus on outcomes.
